STAR WARS EXTRAVAGANZA

This has been one WILD weekend! I did not go to bed before 3 a.m. any night last week in preparation for Garrett's Star Wars extravaganza birthday party! We had a blast and all the late nights of sewing 23 jedi robes paid off when Garrett's eyes lit up the morning of his party! He was DELIGHTED!! We had a houseful of kids and parents and it was pure chaos, but it was the most fun birthday party we have had yet! (I like to kid that it was the last birthday party we will ever have, too! haha!) Garrett got a ton, and I do mean a TON of Star Wars stuff and he and Jacob have had a blast assembling it all! So, thanks to all who came and made his 6th birthday an event to remember!     looks like tons of fun- and even more WORK!! it reminds me of my cousins b-day a few years ago- my mom dressed up as Darth Vader and the kids were going nuts. it was may and she was sweating like a dog, but loved it! so fun!!

    What a Mom and what a woman! I know it was so special for Garrett - looks like a ton of fun! Now get some much needed rest - hope this week is a little calmer, you've had A LOT to deal with lately -haha!
